Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of your current paid term.

Subscription fees provide access to our platform's features and are not contingent on finding a match. As such, we do not offer refunds based on matchmaking success. All sales are final as per our refund policy.
What happens if my account is terminated for a violation?
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will forfeit any remaining subscription time and will not be eligible for a refund. You will also be prohibited from creating a new account.
